SPARTAN Mission

The mission of SPARTAN is foster research and education in spondyloarthritis in the United States. SPARTAN members accomplish this mission by engaging in specific research projects and through an annual meeting, which highlights important education and research programs.

Newsletter, click here. The 2013 SPARTAN Annual Meeting originally scheduled for Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, has been moved to San Francisco, CA –August 2-3, 2013. SPARTAN holds an Annual Education & Research Meeting to highlight advances in spondyloarthritis research and treatment and encourage Fellows to engage in this exciting field. The 2012 SPARTAN Annual Education & Research Meeting was held in Portland, Oregon July 27-28, 2012 in conjunction with SPARCC and PANLAR.
